Sometimes you do not want a full relationship reading. You want a quick answer to a simple question: how well do these two charts get along? The Astrolas Compatibility Checker gives you exactly that. Two birth dates go in, one score out of 100 comes back, along with a label, both Sun signs and a shared chart wheel.

What the tool does
The checker calculates a chart for each person, then looks at the aspects between them: every time a planet in one chart sits at a meaningful angle to a planet in the other. It weighs those contacts, adds them up and turns the total into a score from 0 to 100. The result gets its own page with a link you can send to anyone.
The page is honest about what it is. The line under the button reads "For entertainment and exploration. Not a substitute for real-world advice."
What you need before you start
Only one thing is required for each person: a birth date. The birth time and birthplace are optional. The more you give, the better the Moon position gets, because the Moon moves about 13 degrees a day.
No account is needed, and there is nothing to pay.
Step by step: filling in the form
Open the Compatibility Checker. The page asks "How compatible are you really?" and shows two cards, Person A and Person B. Each card has:
- Name (optional). If both people have a name, the result is titled with the names. If not, it uses Sun signs instead, such as "Leo Sun ร Pisces Sun".
- Birth date. Three boxes: DD, MM and YYYY.
- Birth time (optional). HH and MM in 24-hour time, so 3:30 PM is 15 and 30. Leave it empty and the tool calculates for noon.
- Birthplace (optional). City and country.
Press Calculate compatibility. If a box is missing or out of range, the form shows the error above the cards so you can fix it.
The result page
The result opens on its own page headed "COMPATIBILITY RESULT". You will see:
- the two names or Sun signs, joined by ร;
- a circle with the score out of 100;
- a one-word label under it;
- a line naming each person's Sun sign;
- a Share button and a Try another pair button;
- a synastry wheel with both charts drawn together;
- a link to create your own birth chart.
Share opens a small panel with the page link, a Copy button and direct links for Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zalo and Email. Anyone who opens the link sees the same result page. Birth times are not shown on it.
How the score is worked out
The checker counts only the five major aspects: conjunction, sextile, trine, square and opposition. Each one pulls the score up or down:

Two other things change how much each contact counts. The planets involved: the Sun, Moon and Venus weigh the most, then Mars, the Ascendant, Mercury and the Midheaven, then Jupiter and Saturn, with the outer planets lightest. And the orb: a contact that is exact counts fully, and it fades as the orb widens.
The total is then placed on a scale where 50 means neutral. Scores are kept between 15 and 95, so you will never see a flat 0 or a perfect 100. The label follows the score:
- 80 and above: Electric
- 65 to 79: Harmonious
- 50 to 64: Workable
- 35 to 49: Spicy
- below 35: Challenging
One limit to know about: at the moment the checker does not look up the birthplace you type, so it cannot adjust for the local time zone or place the rising sign properly. Read the score as a planet-to-planet measure. For a reading built on exact places and times, use the Synastry Chart.
How to read the result
- Take the label, not the decimal. A 71 and a 74 are the same story. The five bands are the useful part.
- Look at the wheel. It shows both charts at once. Planets from the two rings that sit close together, or at clean angles to each other, are the contacts behind the score. Tight contacts between personal planets matter most.
- Check the Sun signs. They are the simplest layer of the match. There is a page for every pairing, for example Gemini and Libra, and the Sun and Moon cheat sheet adds the emotional side.
- Remember what squares mean. A lower score often means friction, and friction can keep a relationship lively. The label "Spicy" is chosen on purpose.

Tips
- Add birth times when you have them. The Moon can move several degrees in a few hours, and Moon contacts carry heavy weight in the score.
- Leave the names blank if you want to share the result without naming anyone. The page will use Sun signs instead.
- Use Try another pair to run friends, family or co-workers one after another.

Questions people ask
Is a low score a bad sign?
No. The score leans toward easy aspects, and easy is not the same as good. Many long partnerships have plenty of squares. Treat the number as a talking point.
Why does the same pair get a different score in the Synastry Chart?
The Synastry Chart uses full birth data, more aspects and separate ratings for different themes. The checker is a single, simpler score from the major aspects only.
Can I use it for friends or co-workers?
Yes. The score measures how two charts interact. It does not assume romance.
